The room was excellent - comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and balcony. Convenient location on main street with easy beach access. Delicious meals in the on-site restaurant. Lovely stay, overall 10/10.

No drawbacks.

The hotel is old and is becoming a little run down but the my room was clean, spacious and bright with a balcony and the view over the bay was excellent. The manager and his son were most friendly, helpful and accomodating. The hotel restaurant serves good, tasty and fresh food at very reasonable prices.

The room had been previously occupied by a smoker and it took a couple of days for the tobacco smell to clear.

The buffet breakfast was very nice, very close to amenities.

There was no bar fridge or complimentary coffee/tea facilites.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel near the public beach, and it was convenient for us to stroll along the beachside road. the staff was friendly and always ready to help, offering us quick and easy late check-out and cleaning of the room regularly. Breakfast was hearty and fulfilling every morning, with an unlimited supply of tea and coffee.

There was no ironing option available and the bathroom window didn't provide privacy, as we could be seen from the shower.

In the hotel info it is written that there is a private beach and that sunbeds and umbrellas are provided but certainly not! The beach is the public beach of marmaris, there are no sunbeds and umbrellas available, there is no private beach! It is said that there is parking facility but there isn'T. Hotel photos seems as if the hotel is just near the but there is a highway between and the see is 20 metres away. You have to cross between cars and people with your bathing suits to reach the sea and back to hotel.

The hotel had a great location near the beach and harbor, making it easy to enjoy the sights. The rooms were clean and provided everything we needed, including a delicious breakfast that was included in the price. We especially appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who were always available to answer any questions we had.

One minor issue was the limited options in the hotel restaurant, which could have offered more variety. the decor of the restaurant was not quite to our liking, but this did not detract from our overall positive experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel close to the beach. The cleanliness of the rooms, facilities, and breakfast exceeded our expectations. The hotel was also conveniently located quite close to the city center, making transportation a breeze. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more delightful.

Stayed here for a city trip and was pleasantly surprised with the proximity to the beach, which was less than a minute walking distance. the location was perfect, with many restaurants and shops nearby. the staff was friendly, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was great for staying connected with friends and family back home.

The cleaning of the common areas, especially the restaurant, left much to be desired. the lighting in the room was quite weak, which made it difficult to read at times.
